🏛️🌳J-7: Invitation au Musée d’art et d’histoire, Neuchâtel à parcourir les collections de peintures en posant notre regard sur les représentations de l’arbre dans le temps. L’arbre construira le fil de nos déambulations, pour nous conduire vers le présent — ce moment de l’Anthropocène où la nature est mise à l’épreuve, tout en laissant apparaître les signes d’une régénération.
À cette occasion, le MAHN présentera en exclusivité un diptyque issu du projet « Firelands », déployé à travers plusieurs territoires par Catherine Gfeller en conjuguant photographie, vidéo, objets sculptés et installations immersives.

Many thanks for the wonderful opportunity to take part in a residency at the Fondation Boghossian / Villa Empain in Brussels. Nestled in a historical neighbourhood, the Villa feels like a haven on the edge of the Bois de la Cambre, bordering the Forêt de Soignes. Just a few steps are enough to enter into the night and sense a nocturnal spring through the foliage of ancient beech trees.

Flagey est une institution culturelle bruxelloise dédiée à la musique et à l’image.
Située au cœur de la ville, place Flagey, à la lisière des étangs d’Ixelles, l’ancienne maison de la radio et de la télévision nationale est aujourd’hui le lieu où convergent toutes les disciplines artistiques, dans un esprit de dialogue dans ce magnifique bâtiment art déco.

Chaque année, Flagey accueille les plus grands artistes d’ici et d’ailleurs, et offre une vitrine idéale aux jeunes talents belges et internationaux.
Flagey ASBL a été labellisée « Entreprise Ecodynamique » 2 étoiles par Bruxelles Environnement.
