Hamamatsu International Piano Competition

浜松市で３年に１回開催されている国際ピアノコンクール。

浜松国際ピアノコンクールは、1991年に浜松市制80周年を記念して、楽器と音楽のまちとしての歴史と伝統を誇るにふさわしい国際的文化事業としてスタートし、以後3年毎に開催する。
世界を目指している多くの若いピアニストに日頃の研鑽の成果を披露する場の提供と彼らの育成、世界の音楽文化の振興、国際交流の推進を目的とする。
The Hamamatsu International Piano Competition began in 1991 to commemorate Hamamatsu's 80th year anniversary of the city's establishment. It was started as an international project which could fittingly express the pride held in Hamamatsu's t

radition and history as a city of music and instruments. The Competition is held every three years, with three core purposes: to nurture young pianists and provide them with a stage to showcase their hard work, to promote global music culture and to encourage international cultural exchanges.

We are also announcing the design for the 13th competition.
Momo Kodama, Chair of the jury, attended today’s Executive Committee meeting for the first time. Holding a design panel for the competition, she posed for a commemorative photo with the organizer of the competition, Yusuke Nakano, Mayor of Hamamatsu City and Takuya Nakata, Representative Director of the Hamamatsu Cultural Foundation.

We sincerely look forward to receiving applications from a lot of pianists.

第13回コンクールのデザインも決定しました。
本日の実行委員会には児玉桃審査委員長が初めて参加され、コンクール主催者である中野祐介浜松市長と中田卓也浜松市文化振興財団代表理事とともに、デザインパネルを囲んで記念撮影を行いました。

多くのピアニストたちの応募を、心よりお待ちしています。
