Whew. It’s been a whirlwind few months and these last 3 weeks have been amazing but incredibly overwhelming.

March 31st- This video is my tap piece from UCF Celebrates the Arts final dress rehearsal. Not gonna lie, I’m pretty proud of this one.

Next up was University High School’s annual spring show. This year we did Young Frankenstein the Musical. This show was MASSIVE and the director Alex Mendez’s vision and creativity is off the charts amazing.

I’ll be posting the routines I did, and also that of one of the student choreographer, in the comments via YouTube links. I had the best student choreographer helpers!

What an amazing 2 weeks of shows. I’m spent but next on the agenda is UPAC’s 35th recital which will include over 50 of our alumni spanning the decades we’ve been in business. Including a few of the OGs from the 90’s!

I’ve been doing quite a lot since I got back from Japan. Hey Pinellas people! How awesome was it seeing the gulf effect snow! I actually wish I still lived there by Indian Rocks Beach so I could have seen it with my eyes!

Today is the last day to see the Double feature performances of Spelling Bee & Six! I had the pleasure of doing a little choreo for Spelling Bee and Friday, got to see the 1st cast & yesterday got to see the 2nd cast plus Six! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Today’s double feature starts at 2:30 (Spelling Bee) and 7p is Six! At University High School in Orlando

Super busy weekend so I’m going to go from present to past. Today our competition team takes the stage for our annual dance concert to show off our stuff and assess all the things before our 1st competition. If you’re not busy, we hit the floor, 2pm, at Trinity Prep!

Aaaaaand now I’m sad 🥺. I bid fare-thee-well to the GOAETBAITHOA.

I can’t believe how long ago it feels since we arrived in Hawaii for Thanksgiving, and in Japan for the month of December. But at the same time, it feels like we just got here.

We arrived back in Hawaii to celebrate New Year’s and and relax. Now we head back to KC, and then I head back to Florida. The time travel has been fun. We got to do Sunday the 28th TWICE 😝
Not gonna lie, getting back to the eastern time zone is gonna hurt 😬

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who helped make this trip possible.
To Dan- for all your preparation before and during this adventure.
To Aunt Ms for giving me the time off so I could spend some time with with my son.
To .large.marge & Ron for hosting us the 5 days before and after the Japan portion. THE BEST HOSTS EVAH!
To Ms Katie & Ms Sophia, for covering my classes, and to Ms Jill & Ms Lauren for covering the office duties, and to anyone else who may have needed to cover for me while I was gone.

To Tracey for house and kitty sitting the entirety of this trip (and to Stacey for giving her a few days off)

And to my son. I don’t know what I did to deserve him but I sure am glad I was chosen to be his mom.
