大村湾、別名琴の海。

このエメラルドの海の美しさが失われぬよう、あこや真珠の歴史が途絶えぬよう—— 願いをこめて、真珠の海を表現したコレクション。

From Saturday, June 20th, Acoya exhibition will begin on the 3rd floor of FEELSEEN GINZA. Located in Higashi Ginza, near the Kabuki-za Theatre, this vintage apartment is a uniquely charming space from top to bottom. Please come and visit! We look forward to seeing you there!

✪ Magic Hour Collection:
Omura-bay, also known as the Koto Sea, boasts a history of Akoya pearls of more than 1300 years .

A collection inspired by the sea of pearls, created with the hope that the beauty of this emerald sea will never be lost and that the history of Akoya pearls will never be broken.

『松田さんの愛情で育まれるあこや真珠たち』

1300 年以上のあこや真珠の歴史を持つ大村湾、琴の海。
この大村湾東側であこや真珠の養殖を営む松田養殖真珠。

この伝統文化は途絶えそうになりながら、
松田さんがふんばっている。
私はこの真珠伝統文化を守りたい。
Akoya pearls, lovingly cultivated by Mr Matsuda.

Ōmura Bay, also known as the Koto Sea, boasts a history of Akoya pearl spanning more than 1,300 years. Matsuda Pearl Farm, which specialises in Akoya pearl cultivation on the eastern side of Omura Bay.

However, this tradition is on the verge of dying out, but Mr Matsuda is holding on. I want to preserve this pearl culture.

🌊✨⚪️

ひとひらの漣
真珠は永遠を約束しない、儚さでひかる　君みたいだ

歌は独自の力を備えている。
それはただ心情の表現や風景の描写であるというより、時には定型の中に凝縮された言霊であり、呪文であるようにも見える。文化人類学者、石井美保さんの本より。

ジュエリーもまた、ただの装飾というより願い・祈りが形として現れたものである。私はこれをジュエリーと呼びたい。
A Piece of Ripple
A pearl does not promise eternity;
like you, it shimmers with ephemeral beauty.

Songs possess a power all of their own.
“Rather than merely expressing emotions or depicting landscapes, they can at times feel like spirits distilled into words and given form, or even like spells.”
These thoughts come from a book by the cultural anthropologist Miho Ishii.

More than an ornament, I believe that Jewellery is more of a tangible manifestation of wishes and prayers.

いよいよAcoya 展覧会ツアー“魂は真珠“　
神戸から始まります。

梅雨の湿度をまとった光は、真珠の繊細な色合いを最も美しく見せてくれます。陰る光が虹色のベールとなり、真珠ひとつひとつが持つ異なる美しさを際立たせます。

この真珠は、あこや真珠貝が痛みを美しい塊として生み出したものです。心ある人の願いと海の作用により生まれたこの美しい塊は、私にとって命、たましいの表現でもあります。

是非、acoya の無垢の真珠の美しさをご覧下さい✨

Month of the Pearl, June

June is the month of the pearl.
The Acoya exhibition tour, “Your Soul is a Pearl”, will begin in Kobe.

The light softened by the humidity of the rainy season draws out the delicate hues of the pearls in their fullest beauty.A shadowed light creates an iridescent veil, highlighting the unique beauty held within each individual pearl.

Each pearl is the result of an Akoya oyster transforming pain into something beautiful. To me, born from the wishes of compassionate people and the forces of the sea, this beautiful form is an expression of life and the soul.

I hope you enjoy the beauty of Acoya’s natural pearls.✨I look forward to seeing you all!💖

The Leonids
このリングはしし座流星群からインスパイアされ生まれた。

リングに埋め込まれた丸いあこやケシパールは珍しく貴重なもの、石留めの技術を用いて埋め込んだ。

揺れる真珠は金色の満月のよう、K１０のマットな質感も美しい。小指に揺れながら輝くリング、The Leonids。💫🌝

6/4(金)より神戸FEELSEEN KOBEで展示がスタートします。私も日曜日のお昼まで滞在しています。

関西の皆様、お会いできるのを楽しみにしています。💖
The Leonids

This ring was inspired by the Leonids meteor shower.

The round Akoya keshi pearls set into the ring are rare and precious, and have been secured using a stone-setting technique.

The swaying pearl resembles a golden full moon. The matte finish of K10 gold is also stunning.

The Leonids,
a shimmering ring that sways on your little finger.💫🌝
