Inspired by the moons energy, I have decided to change the led classes at Prana space into traditional Mysore style classes.

Starting today Wednesday 22!

Mysore style is like a private class, in a group setting. Where every student flows with there own breath, at there own pace.

Give it a try, iam sure it'll take your practice to the next level. 😉
