These measures come into effect Wednesday March 18, will last for 7 days- they will be reviewed after 5 days:

📍All non-essential work be done from home- for both public and private sector

📍No gathering in public spaces with over 20 persons

📍Funerals & weddings should be limited to close family members- NO gathering over 20 persons

📍Bars, nightclubs and other areas of entertainment are closed

📍Markets, pharmacies & supermarkets - will remain open

**Markets will open from 6am-2pm**

📍Public Transportation - JUTC & Mobay Metro will only carry passengers seated

📍Taxi operators will have to carry one less passenger than they are licensed to

📍 US $2.2 million for protective gears. This includes over 400K masks which the govt hopes to get next week.
