| As we celebrate Jamaica’s Emancipation and Independence season, we’re looking back at one of our craft tutorials from 2020.

This origami hummingbird activity was created to commemorate Jamaica’s Emancipation and Independence celebrations while inspiring creativity at home. was an initiative conceived and developed by Assistant Curator Monique Gilpin to keep the youth in our community engaged in the arts during online learning throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
