Simply put, we help small and medium size businesses create organizational structure (Strukcha) by documenting and improving upon business processes and procedures. When I decided to make the move back to Jamaica, I put a lot of thought into what my passion was and it came down to three things. 1. And Strukcha was born. Most entrepreneurs are really busy people. They wear multiple hats in their ow

n company, and tend to focus more on earning money than administrative tasks. With limited hours in a day, documenting processes and procedures simply isn't at the top of their priority list. Of course, thats until the person who "owns" that task leaves the company or wants to take a few days off and all the institutional knowledge about that persons day to day work is undocumented leaving everyone scrambling to figure out how to get things done. Process documentation is vital to any operation, no matter what size it is. Even if your business runs smoothly now, documenting your processes and procedures can help you identify tomorrow’s challenges and give you and your team the discipline to do what it takes to maintain excellence as the business grows. So what is Strukcha? Simply put, we work with small and medium size local businesses to create organizational structure (Strukcha) by documenting and improving processes and procedures.

Restaurants, Video Rental, Film Production House, Boys clothing store…Cake Decorating, Catering, Film Studios, Ice Cream Parlor, Supermarkets, Manufacturing, you name it, I know a family member or family friend whose done it! They were entrepreneurs before being an entrepreneur was cool and the ideas they had have gone on to make others millions of dollars.

But even though they were amazingly talented people with great ideas and were successful for a period of time, they eventually closed down because of bad business decisions, lack of planning and/or poor operational structure.

🤔🧐Still wondering how I can help you in your business?

In the last few months here are a few things I’ve done for my clients on my monthly retainers.

1. Set company and team goals with actionable items to get those goals accomplished.
2. Written job descriptions and job posts for new hires.
3. Conducted interviews and assessments
4. Wrote Service Agreement contracts and Non Disclosure Agreements for clients
5. Negotiated vendor contracts
6. Completed an international event bid for an organization
7. Found an office space for a client based on operational needs
8. Prepared office layout based on operational needs.

Think of something you have to do to move your business forward but would prefer not to do yourself, have no clue how to do it or just simply don’t have the time to do it. I will do that for you! Think of what a traditional Operations or Business Manager would do, now replace that with me. I just work part time and remotely!

To all my fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners who show up and show out for themselves while battling a 1 or more chronic illness…you are my hero’s!

After being misdiagnosed for most of my life, I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at the age of 31. They call it the invisible illness because many people who suffer with it, appear to be just fine.

For me, it causes pain throughout my whole body, even my skin hurts to touch some times. There’s the brain fog, the stomach issues, the joint pains, the twitching the burning, the pins and needles. The headaches, the insomnia, the depression and anxiety. Let’s not forget the chest pains, the jaw pains, the morning stiffness and bladder issues….the list goes on an on.

You WILL NOT be able to find freedom in your business if you continue to do everything by yourself.

If your business is thriving, but you keep pushing your self to show up in every aspect of you your business by yourself… your working towards burnout. And let’s be honest, your business needs you to be there with all your magic not to spent more time doing sucky administrative tasks (unless of course you’re like me and doing admin tasks are a part of your magic).

What are you working towards if you have no idea what the vision of your company is?

The purpose of your vision statement is to pinpoint the goals and outcomes your business was created to achieve and outline how it will get there.

When crafting your vision statement, you and your team will want to ask some important questions about the future. Here some to get you started:
* What problems does our company want to solve?
* What does future success look like for our company?
* How many employees will our company have?
* How large will our customer base be?
* Does our vision align with our mission?
* What is the legacy you want your business to leave?

The vision statement will become a key component of your business’s future identity, so you want to make sure it’s vague enough to serve as an ideal, but specific enough that it motivates people to want to do business with you.

Being a business owner can be very overwhelming!
