Ballet is the primary discipline taught, but the studio also offers modern classes, in addition to ballet classes, once a week. We have exams that are adjudicated once a year by the Royal Academy of Dance whose headquarters are in London, England. This is one of the world

's most influential dance education and professional membership organisations. The RAD sets global standards for exams in classical ballet. We offer an internationally recognised portfolio of exams designed to motivate and encourage students of all ages and levels of ability. These will gain you UCAS points in the UK. The studio also puts on a recital every 2 to 3 years to try and ensure a full rounded education of technique and performance. All children in the school participate in the recital and those who are ready will sit the exams. The next recital will be held in November 2015. Dance is a truly wonderful medium of expression, and the desire to dance comes from your very soul, but nothing that is to be done well, and hopefully with excellence, can be done without dedication, practice, and, most importantly, discipline. The discipline of dance is a wonderful aide for LIFE. It will help your daughters throughout the rest of their lives—in whatever fields they enter—to have a respect for time, doing a job to the best of their ability, and doing it with some poise, grace and dignity.
