Role summary:
As our new Assistant Games Producer, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of game production to ensure timely delivery of all materials.
This role is varied and what needs to happen can change on a daily basis. You will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to develop new skills. A passion for creative production and digital marketing would be beneficial.
You will be working alongside a very talented creative team who develop exciting game concepts of the very highest standard for some of the most prestigious lottery operators in the business.

General tasks
Monitoring, prioritising and recording the progress of work
Keep the Project Manager and Group Heads informed of all briefs received and work in progress
Scheduling meetings and recording minutes
Ensure tasks are allocated effectively to enable deadlines to be met
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Maintain and organise project documents via our management system

Essential qualities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised and able to multitask
Proficiency in English language (other language skills would be a benefit)
Capable of understanding and determining priorities
Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Used to working with computers at intermediate to advanced level

Reporting to: Project Manager
Location: Jersey
Working patterns/hours: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Experienced Game Developer

We’re looking for an experienced game developer to join our growing team of game developers.

The role involves some challenging work designing and developing HTML5 game content for the lottery and gaming industry, but in a relaxed and friendly team setting.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Object Orientated Programming. An understanding of the Phaser and/or Pixi game framework would also be a positive benefit, along with a commercial understanding of game design and a creative mind. You will be working on and have input on all aspects of our games from design to launch.

You should:
▪ Possess a good understanding of game requirements and usability
▪ Continually improve code quality throughout the studio through automation and code reviews
▪ Contribute innovative and original ideas
▪ Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all appropriate existing technologies as well as new techniques and tech.
▪ Be able to mentor junior team members and share knowledge with the team

You should also be a confident and accomplished communicator with a commercial awareness and fit in with our highly active and integrated team and work processes.
