Jess’ Story

From shaky hands and wobbly knees to strength, confidence, and pure joy.

“When I first joined, I was too scared to sign up by myself. (As you can see from the first picture the fear was real!)
I begged my friends to come with me because I was worried I wasn’t strong or flexible enough… and honestly, I thought I’d embarrass myself.”

Sound familiar?

Fast forward to now and Jess is absolutely flying!

“I can’t believe how strong I actually am now. I never thought I’d be able to do the moves I’ve tried. It’s given me so much confidence in myself and pole class is one of the highlights of my week!”

This is what happens when you take that scary first step:
