Ogni fotogramma nasce da un gesto creativo.

La sezione Animazione (NO IA) è dedicata ai cortometraggi realizzati con tecniche tradizionali o digitali: disegno animato 2D, CGI 3D, stop motion, cut-out, pixilation, rotoscoping e tecniche ibride.

Per valorizzare il lavoro, l'ingegno e l'espressione artistica dell'animazione, non è ammesso l'utilizzo di Intelligenza Artificiale generativa.
