🎭 STORY2SPEAK – When Stories Learn to Speak

A creative Training Course about storytelling, identity, self-expression and emotional learning, where we’ll explore hands-on methods such as creative writing, autobiographical theatre, Photovoice and Digital Storytelling.

👥 We are looking for youth workers, educators, trainers, mentors and volunteers working with young people or communities, curious to bring more creativity, reflection and storytelling into their work.

✨ No artistic experience needed — just curiosity, openness and willingness to participate!

💶 No participation fee
🏡 Accommodation and meals fully covered
✈️ Travel reimbursement from Italy up to €309

✨ REFLECTED REALITIES ✨
📍 Petroio, Vinci (Italy)
📅 3–11 July 2026

Seven intense days of learning, reflection, creativity and genuine human connection have come to an end.

🌿 Reflected Realities brought together 21 participants aged 21 to 70 from Italy, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Austria, Latvia and Slovakia, proving that personal growth has no age and that every generation has something precious to offer.

🪞 Together we explored identity, self-image, body awareness, vulnerability, empathy, authenticity and the stories we tell about ourselves, through non-formal education, creative writing, theatre, photography, movement and deep dialogue.

💙 Guided by trainers Laris Guerri and Olga Kuczynska, the group created a space where everyone could feel seen, heard and accepted. A journey full of discoveries, courage, laughter, emotions and meaningful encounters.

🙏 Thank you to every participant for your openness, trust and willingness to look beyond the mirror. You made this experience truly unique.

🌍 We leave with new friendships, new perspectives and the certainty that the most meaningful journeys often begin within ourselves.

✨ Because not everything happens by chance. Sometimes life brings the right people together at exactly the right moment.

🇪🇺 Reflected Realities was organised by Associazione Agrado APS within the Erasmus+ Programme, with the support of the Municipality of Vinci.

Training Course RELECTED REALITIES
3rd-11th July 2026
Petroio, Vinci. Italy
21 participants from Italy, Portugal, Spain, Latvia, Ireland, Austria and Slovakia started a shared journey on identity and self-image.

Day 2;
What shapes the way we see ourselves?

Today we explored identity through movement, connection and creativity.
We stepped into the Village, discovering how our bodies communicate before words.

We reflected on the labels we carry, the ones we choose, and the ones we're ready to leave behind.

Through theatre, we gave voice to our inner personalities, learning that every part of us has something to say.

We ended the day in the best possible way: sharing tastes, stories and traditions during our Intercultural Aperitif, celebrating the richness of our countries and the connections growing between us. 💛✨

We are looking for 1 Slovak participant to join the Erasmus+ Training Course REFLECTED REALITIES, focused on self-image, identity, personal growth and youth work.

The training is addressed to youth workers, educators, facilitators, volunteers, trainers or people active/interested in working with young people.

Due to the topic of the project, we are especially looking for someone with:
✅ motivation to work on self-image and identity
✅ interest or experience in youth work/non-formal education
✅ openness to personal reflection and group work
✅ good level of English
✅ availability for the full duration of the project

Accommodation and food are covered by the Erasmus+ programme. Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules.

👥 We are looking for 3 Italian participants (youth workers, 18+) with good English skills and interest in personal development, group dynamics and international cooperation.

🇵🇹 FACEASY V – FACilitation is EASY | Vila Nova de Milfontes, Portugal | 25 May – 2 June 2026

🎯 We just completed our participation in this Erasmus+ KA1 Training Course on group facilitation for Youth Workers, organised by Check-IN (Portugal) and co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme under Youth Goal 9 – Space and Participation for All.

👥 7 partner organisations. 9 days.

🗂️ Topics covered: values and facilitation, public speaking, empathy and active listening, intercultural communication, conflict management, team cooperation, creativity, workshop design and performance, debriefing and critical thinking.

🎤 Trainers: Laris Guerri 🇮🇹 and Lerio Cunha 🇵🇹

📖 Outcomes: A booklet on facilitation tools for youth work.
