Another PM AGORA has come to an end, and Verona feels a little quieter today.

PM AGORA starts with the community and goes back to it. Once more, new and familiar faces from the EU Project Managers community came together to get to know each other and to look at our profession side by side: what is changing, what stays the same, how we can do it better, and how we can help one another along the way.

You stepped away from your work for two days to be in the room. You came to build something together: a profession that is better defended, and kinder to the people who practise it. You also made time for your own wellbeing, because the people behind the projects matter as much as the projects.

Thank you for being there and for co-creating with us. PM AGORA is made of the conversations in the sessions, at the coffee breaks and over a spritz, and you made every one of them.

Today is the day! 🎉

Today is the day: PM Agora 2026 participants are officially arriving in Verona! 🇮🇹🌍

As a local organising partner, we’ve been working hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and that their time in Verona is not only productive, but truly meaningful.

We can’t wait to finally meet the people who will join us for two intense days of learning, exchange, networking and new ideas. And this year many participants are travelling to Verona not only from across Europe, but also from other parts of the world! 🌎

A truly international community of project managers is taking shape — and we’re ready to welcome it.

The speakers of PM AGORA 2026 are here. 🎙️

This year's agenda follows what's actually moving in the EU projects world: the new Multiannual Financial Framework, the growing role of AI in the profession, and how policy turns into practice. And it goes one step further, because understanding a changing field is only half of it. The other half is what the people working in it do about it, which is why this year we're also working towards bringing organisations active in EU funding together into a collective advocacy body for the profession.

Few people understand the EU budget the way Daniele Viotti does.

As a Member of the European Parliament, he was General Rapporteur for the 2019 European budget and shadow rapporteur on the EU's own resources, one of the people who actually wrote the rules this profession works within.

At PM AGORA, he'll break down the new Multiannual Financial Framework: what's changing, what's at stake, and what it means for every project built on EU funding going forward.

Meet Πέτρος Κόκκαλης - Petros Kokkalis, one of our speakers for PM AGORA 2026. 🎙️

As a Former Member of the European Parliament, he sat on the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety, working on the European Green Deal and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He's also spent years in the room with organisations trying to turn environmental commitments into policy that actually holds, work that shaped how he thinks about the distance between a good idea and a working one.

At PM AGORA, he'll bring that experience to the conversation on policy-making and how EU projects find their way into lasting practice.
