✨Our participation as a sponsor of the IALD Enlighten Europe 2026 conference, which has just concluded in the romantic Ville Lumière, gave us the opportunity to spend three inspiring days filled with outstanding educational sessions and to hear from some of the brightest minds in the global lighting industry.
Our team, represented on site by Ettore Lecchi Valeria Garavaglia and Emanuele Gaspari, is still excited from the experience, both in terms of professional development and valuable new connections.
The tone was set right from the opening ceremony with speeches by IALD President Carla Wilkins, ACE President Vincent Thiesson, and Akari-Lisa Ishii.
From highly inspiring keynote presentations, such as that of Professor Ian Ritchie, exploring the intersections of science, art, engineering, philosophy, and technology, to in-depth discussions of remarkable lighting projects, including the Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi by Studio Lumen and the Cologne Cathedral by Licht Kunst Licht AG, and sessions focused on innovation and new tools available to lighting designers, from sensors to AI, the stage welcomed an exceptional lineup of speakers.
Among them were Yah Li Toh Light Collab, Daniel Green Into Lighting , Dean Skira Skira, Charles Stone Fisher Marantz Stone, Julia Hartmann Lightsphere Lighting, Francesca Bastianini Sighte Studio, Jorge Romero Lighting Design Collective, Sabine De Shutter Studio De Schutter, Anne Bureau, Anna-Kristin Bochnia, Luciana Alanis, Kelly Roberts, Paul Beale, Martin Lupton, and Sharon Stammers.
Conferences like these are invaluable to us. They help us stay informed, inspired, and prepared to provide the very best support to the exceptional designers we have the privilege of collaborating with every day on cutting-edge projects around the world.
We also sincerely hope you enjoyed taking part in our “Revolving Roundtable” session, as much as we did!
👏Congratulations to the entire IALD team for the flawless organization of another outstanding event.
See you next year!
