An experiential & fun workshop on resilience & navigating uncertainty, using mindfulness & LEGO®️ Serious Play®️.

All of us are dealing with growing uncertainty, at work and in life, challenging our ability to stay focused and emotionally balanced.
More than ever is building ‘resilience’ essential, or the ability to deal with change & adversity, and bounce back.
❓ But what is it exactly and how to build resilience in every day life?
Lech (Inalto) & Clotilde (Yumaini) are joining forces to help you explore resilience and build your own resources, in a playful & mindful workshop.
🎲 Playful with the LEGO®️ Serious Play®️ method, an internationally recognized facilitation approach (used at Google, NASA,...) to help people think more clearly and navigate complexity.
🧘 Mindful with proven Visualization and Mindfulness practices to improve focus and creativity, for mental preparation & to reconnect to your intuition.
You will explore:

🧩 The resources you can use to bounce back
