Welcome to the Fan Page of Eastweek-Scriptwriting Workshop for New Talents!! Eastweek, an international script-writing workshop dedicated to the development of cinema screenplays, confirms its position as a unique Talent Campus in Europe. Organised by Alpe Adria Cinema and born out of collaborations between Trieste Film Festival and Central and Eastern European film schools and academies, its prin
cipal aim is to develop the selected projects from the delicate phase of the initial idea through a series of tutorials, masterclasses and case studies. Part of the programme will be focused on developing the production and marketing potential of individual projects through lectures given by film professionals and training sessions. Realised with the support of CEI (Central European Initiative) and in partnership with Midpoint Central European Script Center, Eastweek is open to young, emerging film professionals as well as students and graduates from Central Eastern European film schools. Upon completing the training started in Trieste, the winner will automatically participate in a session provided by our official partner Midpoint.
