"Beauty will save the world - Artistic Narrations of the lockdown" is an educational artistic project with 4 Italian and Portuguese artists and local organisations, to bring a reflection on the beauty and value of art in these times of lockdown.

Photos from the inauguration of the art exhibition "La Bellezza salvera' il mondo" on 25th June.
The exhibition will be open till 15th July in Sala Didattica Palazzina Uziellu in Museum of Leonardo Da Vinci.
From monday to Friday h 11-18
Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 19h.

Dosi per 3 persone:
300 gr petto di pollo
4 cucchiai di curry
Verdure (io ho usato zucchine,carote e cipolle)
300 gr panna vegetale

Taglia a pezzi il petto di pollo e mescolalo a metà del curry con un cucchiaio di olio. Lascialo riposare almeno 30 minuti.
Nel frattempo taglia e cuoci le verdure in una padella capiente. Aggiungi il pollo, sale e il restante curry.
Verso fine cottura aggiungi la panna e lascia sul fuoco circa 5 minuti.

Io ho servito il pollo con riso basmati e asparagi grigliati.
