We're all about bridging the gap between Europe, and particularly Italy, and Australia and The Australian Dance Project is focused on doing this in the Dance & Entertainment ind
ustry. Offering an exciting new initiative that will see Italian and European semi-professional and professional Dancers in Australia attending Dance & Theatre Workshops and Master Classes, being part of a unique Dance & Entertainment Industry Intensive English program developed especially to support your career in this amazing industry and participating in Career Workshops where they will learn first hand what it's like to work in the Australian Dance & Entertainment industry and what it takes to break into it! We partnered with Australia's Paul Malek and his Transit Dance company in Melbourne and we'll be working with some of Australia's most recognised Dance Companies, Choreographers and Schools to bring you a range of dance workshops and masterclasses. To deliver an intensive English program we've partnering with RMIT WorldWide English and the University of Technology Sydney. Australian Career Planning and Immigration Specialists will provide an overview of what is required to work in Australian and what visa requirements need to be met. Assistance and support to secure Working Holiday (WHV) and Study Visas will be provided. Our plans are well underway for our 2015 inaugural program. Lead by Italian Dancer, Choreographer and Dance Teacher, Gioia Tarulli, and supported by Paolo Santilli from the Balleto di Roma, we're busy finalising the program and registering participants. Pierre Hervy, our French Marketing Intern has been working hard at building our marketing campaign and promoting the program throughout Italy and Europe. And our Founder & Creator, Peta L Lowry is working at the corporate level to gain support and sponsorship to ensure we're able to successfully deliver the program and set the foundations for future reciprocal programs here in Italy. Our aim is to provide a program that will see the sharing of cross-cultural experiences, skills and passion between the Italian, European and Australian Dance, Theatre & Entertainment industries.
