Qualche immagine della nostra vacanza di agosto: giorni intensi, fatti di movimento, pratiche, condivisione, risate e momenti di relax.
Un gruppo di persone diverse, ognuna con il proprio percorso, che per qualche giorno ha scelto di fermarsi, uscire dalla routine e dedicarsi a sé.
Grazie a tutti quelli che hanno partecipato e hanno contribuito a creare questa energia, e grazie al Borgo Zen per averci ospitato e accompagnato in questi giorni.

Dopo la bellissima esperienza del Ta**ra per coppie a Sagar, siamo felici di proporre anche Ta**ra Individuale in Acqua Calda, un percorso aperto a tutti.

L'acqua calda sostiene il rilassamento, amplifica il sentire e favorisce un ascolto più profondo di sé. Un'opportunità per rallentare, riconnettersi al corpo, all'energia vitale e ritrovare una sensazione di maggiore equilibrio interiore.

Profondità e leggerezza si incontrano naturalmente: il piacere di galleggiare, respirare e lasciarsi sostenere diventa parte integrante dell'esperienza.
