Our high-performance VaryLine System, representing a crucial change in the and of conveyor belts, enables to control with millisecond precision in a real-time and manner up to 98 belts (driven by ETHERCAT slave inverters NORD), up to 3 unloading pallets, signal exchange (via MODBUS/TCP or through wired signals) for up to 10 machines in line and up to 10 ETHERCAT slave I/O modules.

This is the story of Água Pedra Azul, an important bottler that is based in the State of Espirito Santo in Brazil, which has recently installed an EBS 10 KL ERGON stretch-blow moulder by SMI for producing 0.5 L containers for still and sparkling water at the maximum speed of 22,000 bottles/hour.

And this was precisely the choice made by Pulmuone Corporate, a leading company in the production of healthy food and water based in South Korea, that turned to SMI for the installation of an SK 500 F ERGON shrink wrapper, a DV 500 S ERGON divider and a PSHA 60 pre-shrink handle applicator for processing label-free PET water bottles in 0.3 L, 0.5 L and 2 L formats.
