Salò’s performance for Nova Libertatia, taking place at the Forum Theatre, within Ennio Morricone’s historic recording studio complex located beneath the Basilica del Sacro Cuore Immacolato in Rome.

In the week following the performance, Salò was kindly invited into Forum Studios to record their contribution for the album edition we are developing in collaboration with - For their session, along with a variety of instruments, they choose to play with the celesta used by Goblin in their soundtrack of Dario Argento’s Suspiria (1977).

“The Great Adventure of Material World” transports the viewer through fantastical digital landscapes populated by anthropomorphic beings and floating desires.

Shifting through different states of reincarnations, the Material Knight subversively leads us from Heaven to Hell.

Like character building in a videogame, Uterus Man is Lu Yang’s process of reclaiming and redefining the perception of their own body (and ultimately ours) through autonomous means.

The Black Curriculum is a social enterprise founded in 2019 to address the lack of Black British history in the UK Curriculum. We believe that by delivering arts focused Black history programmes, providing teacher training and campaigning through mobilising young people, we can facilitate social change. We are working towards changing the national curriculum and building a sense of identity in every young person in the UK. As a social enterprise committed to the teaching and support of Black history all year round, our aims include: provide a sense of belonging and identity to young people across the UK; teach an accessible educational Black British history curriculum that raises attainment for young people; to improve social cohesion between young people in the UK.
