🔴Our partner Kultur & Art, represented by Dilara, carried out a dissemination event for The Art Sanctuary with a group of teachers, including educators who work with children with special educational needs and in special education settings.
🟡This made the activity especially meaningful, because it brought the project’s methods directly into educational environments where they can have a real and immediate impact.
🔵During the event, participants explored creative and artistic activities enjoying the process while also reflecting on their own experiences. At the end, everyone had the chance to present their artwork, explain their ideas, and share the thoughts that emerged throughout the session.
🟢This final exchange highlighted how powerful art-based approaches can be in creating space for expression, dialogue, and understanding. It also opened up a wider conversation on how educators can use these tools in their classrooms to support students in more sensitive, engaging, and innovative ways.
🟠This is exactly what The Art Sanctuary is about, offering creative methods that can strengthen educational practice, encourage inclusion, and help build environments where young people feel seen, supported, and able to express themselves.
