Stefano 'Steve' Palandri - Guitarist/Producer-Session Man / Guitar Lessons , known as "Steve" to his Skater and BMX rider friends, began playing classical guitar at age 12. He then moved on to electric guitar, inspired by his parents' record collection of rock, blues, soul, classical, Italian music, and much more.
At 15, he formed his first rock trio with which he soon began playing in Roman clubs and school concerts. They covered classic rock songs by his beloved Zeppelin, the Stones, the Police, Grand Funk Railroad, Van Halen, Hendrix, Kiss, and more. All three attracted the attention of audiences and musicians alike due to their youth and natural ability to interpret this repertoire.
Gradually, by the age of 17 or 18, he began composing and adding original songs to his setlist, a style he continues to this day.
Steve and the other musicians were immediately noticed and contacted for artistic collaborations, as bands and arrangers, which led him to record and arrange, at the age of 21, his first album, 'Crash Barriers', an AOR rock album in English, by the international singing artist Joe De Luca (already with Venditti, Scialpi, Rovescio della Medaglia, Dave Stewart, etc.), and a previous album released in Japan.
The album (out now) will take him on tour in Europe, England, and Italy, and he'll play in the UK with the Midge Ure Band (Ultravox), at festivals in England, Germany, and Italy, including the Stadio Olimpico in Rome and the Neapolis Rock Festival, opening for headliner David Bowie, followed by Vasco Rossi , and Litfiba ,Offspring ,Edoardo Bennato, Green Day...
Unfortunately, the death of his friend and artistic partner, Joe De Luca, in a car accident, will bring the project to a halt.
Steve will soon be contacted to join the Lara Martelli Band, with whom he will record a cult album in America and Italy, 'Orchidea Porpora', at Southern Tracks Recording Studio in Atlanta, owned by Brendan O'Brien and Nick Didia, sound engineers and producers, and at the same studio as Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, RhCP, the Black Crowes, Train, Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Jane's Addiction, and many others.

Once the album is finished, the tour will begin in America and Italy, with more than 90 dates, including the Filaforum Di Assago, festivals, and venues in Italy and throughout Europe.

Around the same time, Steve was in demand and played guitar and bowed guitar on Tiromancino's CD, "In Continuo Movimento," along with Elisa and Meg (99 Posse).
With Meg, again produced by Luigi Pulcinelli (producer of Tiro, Elisa, and many others), he recorded a solo album and a cover of Mina.
He also participated in the sessions for Mietta's single for San Remo.
Steve will join the original band, and its tour, of Bruce Springsteen's current saxophonist in the E Street Band, Jake Clemmons, grandson of the late Clarence...
Then with Lee Ryan of Blue, for various live performances (MTV-TRL live) and album promotion.
Among his many collaborations, and to give vent to his creativity, Steve will begin to focus increasingly on his original rock power trio, THE STEVE'S BAND, produced in his studio and other important studios, both in Italy and abroad.
With over 40 songs under his belt, he'll be playing at all the capital's most important venues, such as Il Locale, Big Mama, Crossroad Live Club, etc., festivals, appearances on Rai, TV, and Radio Rai, opening for Uli John Roth, Rezophonic, Lacuna Coil, and dates in Europe...
As the trio progresses, and new songs and videos are released, his recent collaborations with producers Jack Endino (Nirvana, Soundgarden, Bruce Dickinson) and Alan Parsons (Pink Floyd, Beatles) continue, with whom he will record the guitars for the Urock album, with Ian Gillan, who will sing the latest single and will open live for the Alan Parsons Project, and Deep Purple...
Currently, THE STEVE'S BAND is more active than ever, with over 40 tried-and-tested original songs, a new CD and video coming out, and plenty of live experience, with the raw strength Street, visceral rock from the cellars, played as a trio, and with a huge sonic impact... between classic rock, hard rock, pop, punk... with a blend of influences perceptible throughout their production.
The trio currently consists of Stefano 'Steve' Palandri, guitar and vocals, Luca Calabro', drums, and Ross Boccarossa on bass.

Per poi passare all' 'Elettrica, stimolato dagli ascolti Rock ,Blues ,Soul, Classica ,musica italuana e molto altro, della collezione di dischi dei Genitori.
A 15 anni forma il suo primo Trio Rock con cui presto comicia a suonare nei Club Romani e concerti di Scuola...Cover classic Rock degli amati, Zeppelin, Stones,Police ,Grand Funk Railroad ,Van Halen,Hendrix ,Kiss, ecc, attirando ,tutti e tre, l'attenzione di spettatori e musicisti per la loro giovane eta' e naturalezza nell' interpretare tale repertorio.
Pian piano, gia' a 17-18 anni ,iniziera' a comporre e inserire brani originali in scaletta, che si porta' dietro sino ad oggi.
Steve e gli altri musicisti,vengono subito notati, e contattati per collaborazioni Artistiche,come band ed arrangiatori, cosa che lo portera' a registrare ed arrangiare, all' eta' di 21 anni, il suo primo Album 'Crash Barriers' ,di AOR Rock in Inglese, dell' Artista Cantante, internazionale Joe De Luca (Gia' con Venditti,Scialpi, Rovescio della Medaglia ,Dave Stewart..) .e precedente album uscito in Giappone.

Col progredire del trio ,e brani e video nuovi, continuano le sue recenti collaborazioni coi produttori Jack Endino (Nirvana,Soundgarden ,Bruce Dickinson) e Alan Parsons (Pink Floyd ,Beatles) ,coi quali ,registrera' le Chitarre del disco degli Urock , con Ian Gillan , che cantera' l' ultimo singolo e aprira' live degli Alan Parsons Project ,e Deep Purple...
Attualmente la THE STEVE'S BAND ,e' piu' attiva che mai, con oltre 40 brani originali collaudatissimi , nuovo Cd e Video in uscita, e tantissima esperienza live , con la forza ,grezza ,street ,di un Rock viscerale proveniente dalle cantine, suonato in Trio , e di grande impatto sonoro...tra Classic Rock , Hard Rock ,Pop,Punk...con una miscela di influenze percepibili in tutta le loro produzioni.
Trio attualmente formato da Stefano 'Steve' Palandri , Chitarra e Voce, Luca Calabro' ,Batteria, e Ross Boccarossa al Basso.
