Inspired by the iconic yellow smiley face of the 80s, Not So Smiley reimagines a symbol of happiness through a more honest and contemporary lens.

In real life, we don’t smile every day — and that’s perfectly human.

This pattern explores a full spectrum of emotions: smiling faces, neutral expressions, and not-so-happy moods coexisting in the same playful composition.

A reminder that every feeling belongs.

Designed with a retro spirit and a modern perspective, Not So Smiley celebrates authenticity over constant positivity.
