It envisions a slower, more mindful society where resources, production, and daily life follow materially aware principles — prompting us to rethink how such a shift could transform politics, the environment, education, and everyday living.

Created in dialogue with researchers from the Hephaestuscraft.eu project, the exhibition uses artificial creativity to bring this speculative world to life, offering new perspectives and possibilities through a curated set of visual “postcards.”

We’ve just opened our new exhibition at the Museum, Sweden’s Museum of Design and Craft ✨ 
Brave New World – Sketches continues the journey into Hephaestus Project that we started with Atmospheres of Craft, bringing new perspectives and visions into play
Our deepest gratitude to the ambassadors and craftmakers, who brought this project to life with their creativity and imagination.

D20 Art Lab explores this by contrasting a sustainable, craftsmanship-based future with the unsustainable industrial model, using AI and artisanal sketches to imagine such a world.

In today's world, where mass production often overshadows handcrafted items, blacksmithing stands as a reminder of the beauty and uniqueness that creativity can bring. It reconnects us with a time when artistry and utility were intertwined, and every piece told a story of its maker.
