The amount of joy I felt seeing the title of my manuscript in the list of illustration finalists is so difficult to describe! I was an honorable mention last year and I've grown a lot as an artist since then. Fingers crossed for the showcase!✨

📚I’m now on Substack!

I’ve started Kidlit diary, a monthly newsletter where I share creative adventures, books, and a sprinkle of the magic (and sometimes struggles) that come with working as an author and illustrator.

⭐️ Since I believe it’s very important to celebrate small (and big) wins, I’ve decided to start with sharing with you how my 2025 went as well as my plans for 2026.

⭐️ 2025 has been a big year for me: my first picture book as an illustrator was published, I got a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science, and I started a master’s degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology.

⭐️ In 2026 there will be more books (YAY!) and definitely more queries.

On Substack I’ve dedicated a paragraph on querying and how my journey is going.
