Social Abandonment
RONKA

To exist often means obeying to the rules of others.
In these works, outlined by the sharp contrast of black and white, I strip my figures out of masks, expectations, and collective conventions. Every subject I paint withdraws from the social norm to rediscover its own essence, taking art beyond any form of control.
Isolation thus becomes the purest act of freedom.

Esistere significa spesso uniformarsi alle regole dello sguardo altrui.
In queste opere, delineate dal contrasto netto del bianco e nero, spoglio le mie figure da maschere, aspettative e convenzioni collettive. Ogni corpo che dipingo si sottrae alla norma per ritrovare la propria essenza, portando l’arte oltre il controllo.
L’isolamento diventa così l’atto di libertà più puro.
