🇮🇹 Abbiamo partecipato a un incontro con la delegazione di Jakarta nell’ambito dello scambio culturale con Milano, promosso dal “Leadership Exchange Program” del World Cities Culture Forum.
Arte pubblica, partecipazione, memoria e governance urbana sono stati al centro di un dialogo stimolante, che ci ha dato l’opportunità di condividere la nostra esperienza e il lavoro di questi anni.
Abbiamo presentato un’idea di arte pubblica come processo collettivo e partecipato, che nasce dal basso e intreccia storia, memoria e comunità, trasformando lo spazio urbano in luogo di racconto e condivisione.
Siamo grati per questa occasione di dialogo con la delegazione di Jakarta e con tutte le realtà coinvolte nel programma.
🇬🇧 We took part in a meeting with the Jakarta delegation as part of the cultural exchange with Milan, promoted by the World Cities Culture Forum’s “Leadership Exchange Program”.
Public art, participation, memory and urban governance were at the heart of an inspiring dialogue, which gave us the opportunity to share our experience and the work we have developed over the years.
We presented an idea of public art as a collective and participatory process, one that starts from the grassroots and brings together history, memory and community, transforming urban space into a place of storytelling and shared meaning.
We are grateful for this opportunity for dialogue with the Jakarta delegation and with all the organisations involved in the programme.
