• D Major is a cultural non-profit association founded in 2016 with headquarters in Milan.
• Our mission is to spread classical music in places of need like hospitals, health facilities
that deal with addictions, residences for the elderly, hospitals, social and health centers,
shelters, prisons.
• D Major facilitates the promotion and dissemination of classical music through the web
and social media in support of the young classical musicians.
• Encourge the theory that classical music is a therapy for psychological and physical well-
being.
• Become a reference point for young people seeking careers in music in addition to
generating lifetime commitments to the spreading of classical music.
• The promotion of young musicians through the power of of video interviews and
streaming concerts.
• Expanding the knowledge of musical culture, literature and art in general through
contact between people, organizations, and associations.
• Spread the power of music to youth around the world through the production of
cultural events geared toward younger generations.
• Leverage the power of technology by offering musicians the opportunity to be
connected world-wide with theathers and orchestras with professional audio and video
streaming in high quality.
• Promote classical music for the common good and spread the rich musical heritage as a
vehicle to expose generations of young people to the power and potency of classical
music.
• Supporting a culture of solidarity that insures everyone equal access to the beauty of
musical excellence.
