What is Animal Flow?

A dynamic movement practice that combines mobility, strength, coordination, and creativity through fluid, animal-inspired ground movements.

In this session, Gabriel will guide you through playful sequences that invite you to move, explore, sweat, and reconnect with your body. Expect a dynamic practice that challenges your mobility and coordination while opening up new ways of moving and expressing yourself.

Gabriel Prada is the soul behind Val Sinergia Festival and the founder of Yog•Amiga. Passionate about movement, connection, and embodied expression, he brings incredible energy and enthusiasm to everything he creates.

In 2025, he discovered Animal Flow, and since then it has become another powerful way for him to explore the body, play with movement, and connect with others.

As one of the people who has helped bring Val Sinergia to life, Gabriel is the perfect person to close our facilitator introductions—and open four days of movement, creativity, music, nature, and meaningful connection.

What is Tea Time for Deep Talks & Open Souls?

A welcoming tea circle where you can let go of labels, masks, and expectations, and simply arrive as you are.

Over a cup of tea, you will be invited to share your dreams and thoughts in a positive space, without fear of judgment. It is a place to listen, find inspiration, feel heard, and create meaningful connections with the people around you.

The circle offers a moment to slow down, look more deeply within yourself, and give your inner voice the freedom to emerge through honest and open sharing.

I am Anna Celeste, a soul in continuous evolution with a desire to share my journey and my light with others. For years, I have explored Ayurveda, metamedicine, yoga, and natural philosophies dedicated to human well-being.

Last winter, I spent three months in Tenerife, also known as the island of the heart, where I joined meditation groups, yoga sessions, tea circles, and spaces dedicated to personal connection and deep self-expression. These experiences strengthened my wish to create moments that help soften social isolation and bring people closer together.

I cannot wait to welcome you into this open and supportive space, where every soul is free to listen, share, and simply be. 🤍

A creative styling experience where beauty, self-expression, and festival spirit come together.

Throughout the festival, Nicole will create festival-inspired hairstyles—from braids and boho looks to natural, effortless styles designed to accompany your days of yoga, music, and connection with nature.

For Nicole, a hairstyle is much more than a look. Every braid, detail, and gesture can tell a story, bring out someone’s unique beauty, and help them feel more free, confident, and connected to themselves.

I am Nicole, also known as Nicole la Frisera. I live and work in Longiarù, a small village in the heart of the Dolomites, where I welcome people into my salon with the belief that true beauty comes from the balance of creativity, care, and well-being.

I put my heart into everything I create, and I am truly happy to be part of a festival where nature, mindfulness, and creativity meet.

I cannot wait to meet you and create something beautiful together. ✨🤍

✨ Meet the master Fabrizio Perini | Percussion

What is Tribal & Sonic Energy?

An immersive rhythmic journey where live percussion, electronic textures, and real-time improvisation come together to awaken movement, connection, and energy.

Rooted in the Italian Dolomites, Fabrizio draws inspiration from travels dedicated to experiencing Afro-American, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and African rhythms close to their roots.

The earthy sounds of congas, bongos, and darbuka meet modern electronic textures, creating a powerful and instinctive flow. Every session unfolds in the moment, as Fabrizio listens to the pulse of the group and translates its energy into rhythm.

From high-energy Ecstatic Dance sessions to grounding Afro Yoga practices, the invitation is to follow the beat, move freely, and reconnect with the natural energy of the body.

I am Fabrizio Perini, a percussionist driven by the raw connection between rhythm, nature, and energy. I cannot wait to share this live sonic journey with you in the heart of the Dolomites. 🤍
