LETTING GO.
Life moves forward, never back.
Nothing will ever be the same.
We let go of each breath, each heart beat.
We let go of each day, each moment.
Letting go is something we do constantly and yet, we hold onto things.
Sometimes we hold so tight that we create cages around ourselves.
Sometimes the wound is so deep that we feel red flags familiar and we attract the same pattern over and over.
I’ve created this 2 class workshop series to release past relationship. Release your ex. Physically, mentally, emotionally.
Choose the pain in your heart you need to let go of.
Choose the fear, the sorrow, all the things trapped in your hips that you can’t forget.
Choose the situation you are ready to leave behind.
Create new space and finally be liberated.
Tomorrow, Friday we meet in an intimate space online, using movement and meditation.
