Importanti le cantine dell'Albese, dove si producono un ottimo barbera, spumanti metodo classico, Chardonney, Moscato d'Asti e grappe.
Interessanti sono le Cantine Coppo scavate nel tufo calcareo e che si addentrano per 40 m. all'interno della collina, occupando 5000 mq. visitabili. Sono anche patrimonio dell'Unesco.
