brrr! cold outside brings out our longing for warmth, comfort, and what Italians call "coccole" – cuddles, feeling cozy, affectionate nurturing.
these charming fuzzy letters found in a storefront window gave me happy-inside “coccole” feelings!

(*thanks to the not-on-purpose-artist who let their childlike imagination invent something warm and delightful)

i wish the world were filled with these marshmallow letters all winter long!

may you create & notice small warm, fuzzy, cozy moments for yourself this month in the season that compels us to slow down & snuggle in.

fall in love with a fall fruit. stop, taste, & smell the beauty in a simple, ordinary moment - then paint it. learning to slow down and uncover the joy in the present moment is an art ~ and a watercolor workshop opens up all your senses including the 6th sense (of childlike wonder) = falling in love (with an apple, with just being alive)
