Ministry of Loneliness reproduces and expands the research that Rebecca Moccia presented on the occasion of the exhibition at ICA Milano. Departing from an exploration of the Ministry of Loneliness, the artist’s work develops a reflection on the political and social structures that shape the emotional state of loneliness and its perception in contemporary society. The volume reproduces the collection of notes that formed the basis of Moccia’s project in its entirety – a digital collage with diary-like traits, consisting of texts, images, reports and reflections on various kinds of documents.

With texts by Vincenzo Estremo (), Rebecca Moccia () () and Chiara Nuzzi ()

Published by Humboldt books () with Fondazione ICA Milano (, ) with the support of Mazzoleni, London – Torino () and Outset Contemporary Art Fund ()

Exhibition display: Studio GISTO () in dialogue with the artist

Sonus 1 - Firenze inaugurates the first book series dedicated to musical iconography in Italian museums.
Edited by Barbara Aniello, Sonus was conceived with the aim of revealing the beauty of sculptures, paintings, embroideries, frescoes and mosaics with musical subjects, in Italian cities.
Sonus 1 - Firenze is a catalogue of an itinerant and interactive itinerary that is articulated between the visual and the aural and that, starting from the “Museo dell'Opera del Duomo” in Florence, winds between the bell tower and the cathedral of “Santa Maria del Fiore” and culminates in San Giovanni Battistero.
