Tonight we made chicken fried rice! 🍚👩‍🍳

Chicken 🐔
Rice 🍚
Eggs 🥚
Carrots 🥕
Zucchini 🥒
Onions 🌰
Garlic 🧄
🧂For seasoning I used:
salt, pepper, turmeric, a pinch of cayenne, cumin and garam masala. (I was going for a more Indian inspired taste) And everything was cooked in sunflower seeds oil.

I'm not going to put measurements on this one because I feel it is up to personal preference. In my live video the portions I use are for my family of 4 and we will most likely have left overs 😁😘👌

🍕I'm making pizza tonight! Here's the recipe I use for the dough:

- 500g of manitoba flour
- 220g milk
- 150g of water
- 12g of fresh yeast
- 15g salt
- 15g of olive oil

-Mix together Flour, water, milk and yeast (if mixing by hand do not put all the water at once but add it in several stages making breaks).
-Mix only so that the flour wets and let stand 30 min. This process will allow you to obtain a more elastic dough doing NOTHING (fantastic no?).
-Knead... ...add the salt and finally the oil.
-Continuing until the dough is smooth and stringy (it should come off the walls of the planetary mixer and should be elastic).
-Give it a book fold, make a ball and put to rise until doubled in size (about 2 hours)
-After rising, separate dough into 6 parts, form 6 balls and let them rise for 1 hour.
-At this point roll them out, dress them with sauce and bake them.
-The cooking should be done (static oven about 250 degrees Celsius) first in the lower part of the oven to make him the crust, for about 10 min (but it depends on the oven)
-then add the mozzarella and cook the last about 5 min at the top
