Before closing this season, there’s still one last dancefloor to share together.

On Sunday we return to the hill at .birraia birraia for Hoppy Dancefloor — a daytime gathering to celebrate the new Bioritmica beer.

Brewed with hops from .oltrarno and chestnut honey by , this year’s Bioritmica is made for long afternoons outdoors: cold pours, music in the open air, shared tables and people moving slowly through the day.

A special lunch by La Birraia will also be available by reservation only (+39 389 825 3175).
