Taiwan In One Night

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, Ganzo School Restaurant will host a special Taiwanese banquet prepared by the students of Kai Ping as part of their culinary program. The buffet will be served 12:00–15:00 with standard dinner service to follow from 18:00–22:00.

Presented as an afternoon reimagining of the glow of Taiwan’s iconic night markets, Taiwan In One Night highlights the vibe, the stories behind the stalls, and the street-food flavors. All prepared and served by the students as a hands-on training showcase.

Please note: this is a student-led educational event held on site.
