The spellbinding magic of dreams and roses

The fairytale history of VDA Borella began in Fiesso d’Artico, a little town on the Riviera del Brenta, not far from Venice. In 1992, the company began making its name with splendid floral art creations, bestowing the gifts of emotions on its customers. In time, the company decided to add an extra touch of magic to its art, thus launching the idea of creating objects in Murano glass embellished with gold decoration and graceful arrangements of stabilised roses. Real dreams captured in glass, gold and roses, destined to enrapture the entire world.

Vases, mirrors, frames, court shoes and paintings by VDA Borella are made by hand and solely to order, based on customers' wishes. Every step of the production process is carried out by the expert hands of master craftsmen, according to the thousand-year old secrets of Murano glass art, and with the care and passion that only thirty years in the business can ensure.

In the furnace, master glassmakers deftly forge elegant fired pieces. In the atelier of the master decorator, gold and talent come together to create a special gift that communicates love and devotion. In the workshop, the skilled hands of our floral designers carefully select stabilised roses to create the magic of the floral arrangement. In the carpentry workshop, the finest wood is shaped by the master frame-maker to create frames of rare beauty.
