🤖 AI Reality Check
Everyone wants AI Agents.
Few organizations can clearly answer three simple questions:
📌 What process are we automating?
📌 What outcome are we trying to improve?
📌 How will we measure success?
The market has moved from AI experimentation to AI agent enthusiasm.
But there's a recurring pattern:
Many companies start by searching for agents.
The successful ones start by identifying work.
AI Agents are not a strategy.
They are an ex*****on mechanism.
The best agent projects I've seen didn't begin with:
"Let's build an agent."
They began with:
"This process is too slow, too expensive, or too manual."
Only then did AI become part of the solution.
The reality is simple:
Before you automate a process, you need to understand it.
Before you deploy agents, you need to define outcomes.
Before you scale AI, you need to know what success looks like.
