Dalle Marche, Pasta Mancini ha portato con sé molto più di una pasta. Ha portato una storia che nasce dalla terra e dal grano, dalla cura, dal tempo e dal rispetto per la materia prima. Un modo di fare le cose in cui ci riconosciamo profondamente.
Ora che agosto rallenta i ritmi e ci porta un po’ altrove, il pensiero torna lassù. A quella tavola, a quelle persone, a quel momento.
Alcune esperienze finiscono. Altre continuano a vivere dentro di noi. 🌿

Surrounded by nature, we shared an intimate lunch with Pasta Mancini, interpreted through the sensitivity of chef Alice Del Cort.
From the Marche region, Pasta Mancini brought with it much more than pasta. It brought a story rooted in the land and its wheat, in care, time, and respect for raw ingredients. A way of doing things that deeply resonates with who we are.
Now, as August slows everything down and takes us elsewhere, our thoughts often return there. To that table, those people, that moment.
Some experiences end. Others keep living within us. 🌿
