IMPRONTA: LIBRI D’ARTISTA
Nonostante l’art brut goda ora di un posto sotto i riflettori, il gran numero di volumi e quaderni che gli artisti riempivano con la registrazione delle loro passioni e dei loro sentimenti è rimasto in gran parte trascurato. Noi, all’interno dei quaderni e dei taccuini che abbiamo realizzato con diverse tecniche e con diverse carte, abbiamo scritto in lingue inventate e occulte, rendendo la scrittura parte del disegno e viceversa, in un continuum grafico ed emotivo.

Although art brut now enjoys a place in the spotlight, the large number of volumes and notebooks that artists filled with the record of their passions and feelings have remained largely overlooked. Within the notebooks that we have made with different techniques and with different papers, we have written in invented and occult languages, making the writing part of the drawing and vice versa, in a graphic and emotional continuum.
