Meet the team: Rosi Carrozzo

In Rhea da dieci anni, Rosi ha iniziato il suo percorso in produzione e oggi fa parte del Customer Service, dove il contatto quotidiano con clienti e colleghi è al centro del suo lavoro.

Solare, testarda e sempre pronta a mettersi in gioco, nel tempo libero cerca di ritagliarsi qualche momento per lunghe passeggiate, un’abitudine che le piacerebbe coltivare più spesso.

La sua bevanda preferita? Un caffè macchiato.

Se avesse la possibilità di vivere un’esperienza in un altro team, sceglierebbe la comunicazione: il dietro le quinte di fiere ed eventi è un mondo che l’ha sempre affascinata!

Another inspiring experience at the Concorso Lirico Internazionale di Portofino.

We were honored to present the Carlo Majer Award to BaoPeng Wang celebrating the talent, passion and artistic excellence that Carlo Majer embodied throughout his life.

This year’s edition also marked the birth of the Carlo Majer Foundation, created to preserve his cultural legacy and support new generations of artists.

Throughout the competition, our rhTT1 provided the jury with a premium coffee experience, offering a wide selection of beverages.

Un dirty chai latte … anche se l’espresso resta una certezza.

Se non lavorasse nel design, si immaginerebbe nel Customer Service: un ruolo dinamico, a contatto con i clienti e vicino alle macchine, costruendo relazioni di fiducia giorno dopo giorno.

During the FAI Spring Days, around 500 visitors joined us at our headquarters for an immersive journey through our history, innovation, and coffee culture.

From our very first machines in the 1960s to today’s most advanced solutions and cutting-edge concepts, we shared our vision: turning every coffee break into a truly multisensory experience.

Sharing who we are, what we create, and the values that inspire us was a meaningful way to strengthen our bond with the community, which has always been an essential part of our identity

At the Innovation Bar, Rhea brought Sigep’s vision to life: designing coffee experiences for tomorrow.

With rhTT10 and Barista on Demand, we showed how innovation can elevate every coffee break—blending service, creativity and flavor into one seamless experience.

Visitors also discovered SnowCup, our gourmet tribute inspired by the Olympic Games and high-altitude atmospheres.
A taste that proved how passion and thoughtful design can turn a simple pause into something unforgettable.
