eatro La Ribalta dem gemeinsam mit der Lebenshilfe konzipierten Projekt "Akademie Kunst der Vielfalt" eine solide Basis zuverschaffen sowie Theaterprojekte zu erarbeiten, die sich an Kinder und Jugendliche richten. Die Genossenschaft ist ganz bewusst ein zweisprachiger Zusammenschluss, da sie sich jedem Mitbürger verständlich machen will, aber auch, um für die Öffnung für eine wohl vielsprachig gestaltete Zukunft bereit zu sein. Die Mitglieder der neuen und so verstandenen Genossenschaft können eine Reihe von Schätzen ihr eigen nennen: ein weites Repertoire an künstlerischen Projekten und Kreationen, die Fähigkeit, Events der unterschiedlichsten Art zu organisieren und durchzuführen, sowie in Südtirol, im restlichen Italien und im Ausland anerkannte Kompetenzen in Aufbau und Erhalt interinstitutioneller Beziehungen. Wir sehen uns verpflichtet, zeit- genössische Ausdrucksformen und Darstellungsweisen aufmerksam zu verfolgen, Bausteine der Vielfalt zu entdecken, dem Anderen und Andersartigen zur Sprache zu verhelfen, gegen jede Form der Gleichschaltung und der sozialen wie kulturellen Normierung aufzutreten sowie gegenüber der Welt von Kindheit und Jugend achtsam zu sein. Wir stehen in den Fußstapfen einer kulturellen Tradition, die es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, Vielfalt zu entdecken und zu vermehren. Diese Tradition ist jene des Theaters selbst und überhaupt. In diesem Sinne spüren wir der Vielfalt in all ihren Erscheinungsformen nach, seien diese nun ethnischer, sozialer, kultureller oder welcher Natur auch immer. "Accademia Arte della Diversità - Teatro la Ribalta" è la struttura organizzativa di attori, registi e operatori culturali, professionisti del settore, che hanno scelto di dare una nuova prospettiva, un nuovo progetto e un futuro più solido, all'esperienza pluriennale del Teatro la Ribalta, al progetto di "Accademia Arte della Diversità", nato in collaborazione con l'Associazione Lebenshilfe, ai progetti di teatro destinati all'infanzia e alla gioventù. Siamo una struttura bilingue, per scelta, per poter parlare con tutti i nostri vicini, per aprirsi verso un futuro che sarà inevitabilmente plurilinguistico. La Cooperativa, assumendosi questo ruolo e questa funzione, eredita un prezioso patrimonio di creazioni, un repertorio, dei progetti artistici, capacità di organizzare e dirigere rassegne ed eventi, competenze e relazioni istituzionali che sono già attive sul territorio della Provincia di Bolzano, in Italia e all'estero, e sono riconosciute per competenza e per qualità. La produzione teatrale, attenta alla scrittura e alle forme del contemporaneo, la scoperta della "diversità" come luogo privilegiato dove riscattare e dare voce alle alterità mute, contro ogni forma di omologazione o normalizzazione sociale e culturale, l'attenzione al mondo dell'infanzia e dei giovani, sono le linee programmatiche di questo nuovo soggetto culturale. Siamo un "teatro delle diversità" e non il teatro dei diversi. Apparteniamo ad una cultura teatrale che è stata una continua scoperta ed espansione di una diversità - quella del teatro - verso e sopra le altre diversità etniche o sociali o culturali che siano. The cooperative "Academy Art of diversity - Teatro la Ribalta" is an organizational structure of professional experienced actors, directors and cultural operators who have chosen to give a new perspective and a solid base to the project “Acadamy of diversity” created with the Association Lebenshilfe. With the help of the know-how acquired over the years across the Teatro la Ribalta the academy developes theatre projects, which are aimed at children and young people. The cooperative is a bilingual association by choice, to be able to talk to all our neighbours, to open to a future that will inevitably be multilingual in this area we live. The members of the new, and so understood cooperative can call own a number of treasures: a wide repertoire of artistic projects and creations, the ability to organize and manage events and exhibitions, recognized skills in building and maintaining interinstitutional relations as well as in South Tyrol, in the rest of Italy and abroad. The guidelines of this new cultural subject are: creating contemporary theatrical productions of a careful writing, discovering components of diversity and different, against all forms of approval or social and cultural standards, and being vigilant to the world of childhood and youth. We are a "theatre of diversity" and also a "theatre of otherness", but no theater of the different. We stand in the footsteps of a cultural tradition which it has made to the task to discover variety and multiply. This tradition is that of the theatre itself. In this sense, we discover diversity in all its forms, may they be ethnic, social, or cultural nature.
