Der Südtiroler Künstlerbund ist eine Vereinigung, die 1946 in Bozen
gegründet worden ist und derzeit an die die vierhundert aktive Mitglieder aus drei Generationen zählt. Der Südtiroler Künstlerbund sieht sich als offenes Portal zwischen Kunstschaffenden und Kunstkonsumenten und versucht längerfristig Sensibilisierungsarbeit in der Gesellschaft zu leisten. Der Hauptfokus des SKB liegt in der Förde

rung und Wegbereitung des KünstlerInnen-Nachwuchses. La missione affidataci viene adempiuta contribuendo a rendere visibile e interattiva la produzione creativa di singoli e di gruppi. We are expanding our efforts to cooperate with cultural institutions and cultural policy authorities in the country and beyond! Ziel ist es, mit Programmen aus den Bereichen Bildende Kunst, Architektur, Design, Literatur und Musik gegenwärtige Positionen der Kunst zu stärken, zu thematisieren und sichtbar zu machen.

Artists’ Flags for Antholz Valley

SKB, ECK Museum of Art and the Antholz Tourism Association invite artists to design two new flags for a long-term public art project at the entrance to Antholz Valley.

The selected works will join an expanding collection of artists’ flags displayed annually from November to April in a highly visible outdoor setting.

Who can apply?
• Artists working in the visual arts (individuals or collectives)
• Born in South Tyrol or resident in South Tyrol for at least 3 years

What is commissioned?
• One flag design (150 × 400 cm)
• Digital artwork ready for production

What do selected artists receive?
• €1,500 gross artist fee
• Production, printing and installation costs fully covered

Selection criteria:
• Artistic quality and originality
• Suitability for public space
• Conceptual strength
• Connection to Antholz, its landscape and context

Deadline for submissions: 23 August, 24:00

To apply, send a single PDF including:
• Flag proposal and short concept text
• Portfolio (max. 2 pages)
• Completed application form

IL PUNTO DI VISTA mit Alessandra Chemollo

Im Rahmen des ANALOGUE Photo.Festival begrüßen wir die international renommierte Architekturfotografin Alessandra Chemollo.

In ihrem Vortrag „Il Punto di Vista“ reflektiert Chemollo über Fotografie als Begegnung mit der Welt, über die Bedeutung des Blickwinkels und darüber, wie jede fotografische Entscheidung eine Form der Interpretation ist.

In occasione dell’ANALOGUE Photo.Festival, il Südtiroler Künstlerbund presenta la fotografa d’architettura di fama internazionale Alessandra Chemollo.

Nel suo intervento “Il Punto di Vista”, Chemollo riflette sulla fotografia come incontro con il mondo, sul significato del punto di vista e sul ruolo dell’interpretazione in ogni scelta fotografica.
