We are thrilled to officially announce the launching of our brand new project!
MindPlay is a collaborative initiative bringing together organizations from Italy (Circolo Arci
Babilonia), Serbia (Novotarium), and Latvia (Junona Plus). Our goal is to equip youth
workers with innovative, digital, and gamified tools while empowering young people to
become active co-creators of mental health awareness campaigns, reducing stigma and
building emotional resilience across Europe.
The project started earlier this year and a lot of going on in the background. We will be
sharing our journey with you so stay subscribed.
The project ends in Feb 2027 and by that time we will achieve the following:
Our Key Milestones & Goals:
● 21 Youth Workers Trained: We are bringing together 7 participants from each
country for a 7-day international training course in Sicily to master mental health
literacy, digital tools, and gamification.
● 90+ Young People Engaged: Over 90 youth across Italy, Serbia, and Latvia—with a
strong focus on inclusion and reaching rural areas—will participate in local
co-creation workshops.
● 3 Local Hackathons & 1 International Final: Youth teams will work closely with
trained mentors to prototype digital outputs, leading up to an international online pitch
competition.
● 12+ Digital Awareness Resources: Our creative youth teams will co-create videos,
interactive quizzes, infographics, and online challenges to reduce mental health
stigma.
● 1 Practical Toolkit & Online Hub: We will launch an open-access platform to host
our final 40–50 page practical manual, making these tested gamification methods
free for schools, NGOs, and community groups across Europe.
️ This initiative is proudly supported and approved by the Italian National Agency for
Erasmus+ (Agenzia Nazionale per i Giovani).
