The Russian assault on Ukraine is the story of the bully that is used to getting his way through intimidation, deceit, and ultimately violence - when the first two fail to bring the desired results.

What enables the bully to succeed in their abuse is however the inaction of those that witness the assault and still do nothing, even as they each think “Someone should really stand up to that monster”.
