Motorsports Entertainment park in Iceland (here after known as Track T.I.M.E ) at Patterson airfield on a decommissioned NATO military airfield / ammo storage facility in Reykjanesbæ / Keflavík ICELAND and the main business function/ attraction at this motorsports park will be the rental of a specialized made RACETRACK for Cars , motorcycles , go-karts ,Rally cars , drift cars and Drivers educat
ion vehicles and other modified autos or bikes, also a Dirt racetrack for F1 Off-road ATV´s / quads , Buggies, motocross/trial bikes and or BMX / mountain bikes , track and facilities will be run as a EHF / LTD company and managed ( MD ) by Charles Onken( see resume atth) .
1. Track TIME will offer track rental to privately owned vehicles (track days see atth for further info) for a low cost for club members, but a higher to non-members. Also TRACK TIME will be used for Drivers ed. / Driving Schools for private teachers and schools to rent the facility and track. Car and rally car rental. Track TIME will offer cars and rally cars for use on the track and for use on designated areas around the facility
We will offer the following vehicles in the future: OPTIONAL.
2-6 production cars for school training.
2-6 rally cars for training and drive alongs.
1-2 drift cars for training and drive alongs AKA thrill rides.
1-4 X 2 seater RAGE buggies 250 cc. All vehicles will include:
Legal safety gear in cars, Helmets, Balaclavas, gloves and goggles. Optional gear:
Race suits, Boots/ shoes, rain coats, in car gopro cameras etc...
2. Go-kart rental and races .These will also be available in the future for use on the same track.
3. Enduro, motocross bikes and atv´s, can practice for races on the dirt track and trails as F1 Offroad will also hold races for these groups 2-4 times per year.
4. Storage rental, for vehicles will also be in the future c.a 12 - 20 sqm per bike, ATV or car.
5. The track, can be split into 2-3 separate tracks for cars and rally cross cars and 1 Dirt racetrack for rental and practice for private owners, we will offer facilities for High pressure water wash and minimum repairs, gas ECT...
6. Track and facility. TRACK TIME Will be open all year round and opening hours c.a 10 am to 23 weekdays and 8am to 24 / or 2 am depending on event. Longer opening hours over the summertime as sun is longer aloft.
7. Cabins and tent area rental. TRACK TIME would like to offer cabins motorhomes and tent area rental for big events (club meets, concerts ECT) and for weekend guests.
8. Driving school track rental. The track can be rented out to driving schools and driving instructors as the government and insurance companies have agreed/good will to reimburse instructors for the use of such a driving facility as it was made MANDITORY in 2010 for driving students to have trained on a closed driving circuit but at the moment only 1 such facility exists in Iceland in the capital Reykjavík and it is solely used for drivers ed and no other activities such as Track TIME will offer, so these reimbursements will guarantee income if this race track is put into full use .I Charles Onken have spoken to the insurance companies and Icelandic division of transportation and been given good will to reimburse driving instructors if such a facility where available .
9. Track rental for Police, firemen, bodyguards and government driver training. No such track or facility is available for these government divisions and i have offered Track TIME services to most of these divisions and if such a facility where available they confirmed GOODWILL that they would use it. The reason no such facility is available now is that the government will not build such a facility, but if a private owner ran such a facility they would assist in funds such as running costs , training material ect...
10. Driving school housing for rent. A school facility would be available in pre fab container houses or in refurbished Ammo Bunkers as this is the most economical solution at the moment.
11. Motorsports Clubhouse and restaurant / coffee shop. The clubhouse would be pre fab container units or in refurbished Ammo Bunkers also as the containers can be moved more easily if any expansion is done at the facility and container units are cheaper and more quick to set up and add to or move so this should be first option for housing at the TRACK TIME facility the restaurant/shop could be rented out to a private company / individual.
12. Storage rental for vehicles. Pre fab containers as garages will be for rent on site in PIT lane and or in the refurbished Ammo bunkers.
