This year was tough but it also brought something good I learned the importance of keeping something from childhood. For me it’s drawing & painting. Continuing to study a craft that’s lived in me my whole life feels like honouring the 7 years old girl who always wanted to be an artist. Youthfulness isn’t an age. It’s an energy! I am grateful for an opportunity to build resilience, appreciate support, and plan for growth, focusing on what I can control, nurturing relationships, practicing self-care, and seeing challenges as chances to learn and become stronger.
