Dance is more than movement — it’s therapy you don’t have to sit still for.

It clears your mind when thoughts get too loud.
It releases emotions you don’t even realize you’ve been holding in.
It builds confidence, discipline, and connection with your body.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to know all the steps.
You just need to show up and move.

Stress leaves. Energy comes back.
And little by little, you become stronger — not just physically, but mentally.

This is why we dance.
